Returs and Cancellations
At TDV ART by Mihai Ionescu, we want you to be completely satisfied with the products you order. If, for any reason, you wish to return a product, we offer you the possibility to do so under the following conditions:
Return Policy:
Products can be returned within 15 days from the delivery date.
In the case of a valid return, we will refund the full amount paid for the returned product. The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Return Conditions:
The product must be intact, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The product must not be used or damaged in any way (e.g., scratches, stains, or alterations).
All original accessories and documents (invoice, labels, etc.) must be returned together with the product.
How to return a product:
Contact us by email or phone to request the return.
Make sure the product is properly packed to prevent any damage during transport.
Send the product to the address we will provide.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure described above.
Return Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or does not match the description.
